HR Generalist
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee engagement, meticulous in payroll management, and eager to contribute to the company's ongoing success.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition and strong initial engagement.<br>• Administer payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency, addressing employee inquiries and maintaining compliance with regulations.<br>• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies that align with organizational values and legal requirements.<br>• Serve as an advisor to employees, providing guidance and support to enhance retention and workplace satisfaction.<br>• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while implementing best HR practices.<br>• Perform general office administrative duties, including managing files, ordering supplies, and scheduling activities.<br>• Partner with management to oversee performance reviews and provide guidance on detail-oriented development initiatives.<br>• Utilize HR software systems, including ADP, to streamline processes and maintain accurate employee records.<br>• Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and contribute to strategic HR planning.<br>• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of HR practices with company goals.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, with expertise in onboarding, payroll, and administrative tasks.<br>• Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software, particularly ADP.<br>• Strong knowledge of employee relations and benefits administration.<br>• Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
