<p>We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organized Escrow Specialist to support our local client in managing real estate transactions with precision and compliance. This role plays a vital part in delivering outstanding service to clients while upholding the integrity and accuracy of escrow operations.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Establish, manage, and close escrow accounts in accordance with legal and industry standards.</p><p>Draft and process escrow instructions, ensuring timely collection of required documentation from all involved parties.</p><p>Review and validate transaction documents—including contracts, title policies, and insurance certificates—for accuracy and completeness.</p><p>Communicate effectively with clients, title companies, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth transactions.</p><p>Oversee the receipt and disbursement of escrow funds, maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance.</p><p>Maintain comprehensive documentation for all transactions, ensuring timely completion and proper filing.</p><p>Provide consistent updates to clients and internal teams regarding transaction progress and status.</p><p>Stay informed on current laws, regulations, and best practices related to escrow services.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</p><p>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</p><p>Familiarity with escrow procedures, legal documentation, and financial regulations.</p><p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</p>
