If you're passionate about leveraging technology to enhance processes and solve complex business challenges, we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li><strong>ERP Implementation & Management:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and customize ERP platforms (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics) to meet business objectives (Source: 2025 RH Tech Report).</li><li>Lead system migration and integration efforts for on-premise and cloud-based ERP solutions.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Business Process Optimization:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Evaluate and streamline current business processes to enhance efficiency and reduce redundancies (Source: 2025 RH Tech Report).</li><li>Provide strategic recommendations to improve workflows, data management, and operational performance.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Design and implement ERP solutions, including AI and automation tools integration, to maximize system capabilities (Source: 2025 RH Tech Report).</li><li>Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and updates of ERP systems.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Data Analysis & Reporting:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Generate data-driven insights and reports to support decision-making processes within organizations.</li><li>Identify opportunities for predictive analytics and ensure accurate and actionable data outputs.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration & Training:</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP platforms align with business needs and goals.</li><li>Provide training sessions and technical support to end users for smooth adoption of ERP systems.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of business process optimization, systems integration, and cloud-based enterprise management.</li><li>Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.</li><li>Experience incorporating AI, machine learning, or automation technologies into ERP systems.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse local stakeholders in Arizona.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Certifications in ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.</li><li>Familiarity with emerging ERP trends and technologies.</li><li>Understanding of Arizona-specific business climate and industry requirements.</li><li>Project management experience, especially in ERP implementation roles.</li></ul><p><br></p>
