<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Customs Analyst</strong> to support free trade agreement (FTA) analysis, customs compliance, and duty mitigation programs. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel, and the ability to interpret and apply customs regulations.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Extract and analyze bills of materials to assess free trade agreement (FTA) applicability.</li><li>Apply <strong>USMCA rules</strong> to determine qualification status.</li><li>Review and apply internal work instructions related to FTA analysis and qualification.</li><li>Partner with supply chain teams to solicit and review USMCA certificates from suppliers.</li><li>Analyze customs broker entry data to identify opportunities for post-entry claims.</li><li>Support post-entry filings, including FTA reconciliation, post-summary corrections, and duty drawback.</li><li>Contribute to other duty mitigation programs as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma/GED required; additional education a plus.</li><li>3+ years of general customs, trade compliance, or logistics experience (Canada experience is a plus).</li><li>1–2 years of experience with <strong>data analysis</strong> or customs processes.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>Excel</strong> (intermediate level or higher).</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Prior experience with <strong>FTA analysis</strong> and/or <strong>SAP</strong> preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>
