We are looking for an experienced Business Reporting Analyst IV to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a long-term contract position that requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze complex business data, deliver actionable insights, and contribute to process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, reporting, and database management, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Analyze business data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.<br>• Develop and maintain dashboards using business intelligence tools like Tableau and SQL Server.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of reporting deliverables.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data discrepancies and reporting systems.<br>• Conduct research to support innovation and enhance reporting strategies.<br>• Design and implement validation plans to ensure data integrity and reliability.<br>• Utilize SQL and Oracle databases to extract, manipulate, and present data effectively.<br>• Provide clear written and verbal communication to stakeholders regarding findings and recommendations.<br>• Contribute to the development of new reporting frameworks and methodologies.<br>• Support process improvement initiatives by leveraging analytical insights.

• Proven experience in business reporting and analytics, with a strong understanding of SQL and Oracle databases.<br>• Proficiency in using business intelligence tools such as Tableau and SQL Server.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly.<br>• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in data-related issues.<br>• Ability to perform detailed research and deliver actionable insights.<br>• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and validation plans.<br>• Solid interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.<br>• Background in computer sciences or related field is highly desirable.
