We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will design and implement BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your expertise in BI technologies and tools will be essential in transforming complex data into actionable insights.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and maintain BI solutions to optimize data analysis and reporting capabilities.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Power BI to create interactive dashboards and visualizations.<br>• Implement and manage data integration processes using tools like Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake.<br>• Design and execute ETL workflows to ensure data is accurately transformed and loaded.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized BI solutions.<br>• Perform data modeling and analysis to support business objectives.<br>• Monitor and troubleshoot BI systems to ensure optimal performance.<br>• Apply DAX technologies to enhance the functionality and efficiency of BI tools.<br>• Provide training and support to users for effective utilization of BI systems.

• Proficiency in Business Intelligence technologies, including Microsoft Power BI.<br>• Strong understanding of data integration tools such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake.<br>• Experience with ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading.<br>• Solid knowledge of DAX technologies for advanced BI development.<br>• Familiarity with data modeling and visualization techniques.<br>• Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams.
