Attorney/Lawyer
We are looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role requires a skilled and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in civil litigation, research, and trial proceedings, particularly in family law matters. You will handle a range of cases including divorces, custody disputes, guardianships, and other family-related legal issues.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce proceedings, custody disputes, and guardianships.<br>• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other necessary documents.<br>• Manage discovery processes, ensuring compliance with legal standards and deadlines.<br>• Prepare for and participate in court trials, presenting evidence and arguments effectively.<br>• Advise clients on legal rights and options, helping them navigate complex family law matters.<br>• Negotiate settlements and agreements that align with clients' best interests.<br>• Analyze case details to develop effective litigation strategies.<br>• Collaborate with colleagues and other legal professionals to ensure thorough case preparation.<br>• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases handled.<br>• Stay updated on changes in family law regulations and legal precedents to provide informed counsel.
• Active attorney license in the state of Arizona.<br>• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law.<br>• Proven trial experience with a strong track record in litigation.<br>• Expertise in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.<br>• Skilled in conducting legal research and managing discovery processes.<br>• Strong negotiation and communication skills.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive family law matters with professionalism and discretion.<br>• Familiarity with Arizona family law statutes and procedures.
