<p>We are looking for an individual with a Juris Doctorate to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to engage in legal research and writing, with a focus on immigration law preferred. Candidates with a background in legal analysis and document preparation are encouraged to apply. This is a part-time, 12 hour a week position.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Accurint.</p><p>• Prepare and draft affidavits, discovery documents, and other legal correspondence.</p><p>• Manage calendars to ensure deadlines and appointments are accurately maintained.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Access and other management systems to organize and track case data.</p><p>• Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver excellent customer service.</p><p>• Review and analyze legal documentation to provide accurate insights.</p><p>• Assist in the preparation of legal filings and submissions.</p><p>• Monitor and manage ongoing cases to ensure compliance with established procedures.</p><p>• Develop detailed reports and summaries based on legal findings.</p><p>• Support team members in various administrative and operational tasks.</p>

• Juris Doctorate degree required.<br>• Experience in legal writing and research preferred.<br>• Familiarity with immigration law is a plus.<br>• Proficiency in software tools such as Accurint, Concur, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Access.<br>• Strong organizational skills, including calendar management.<br>• Ability to draft accurate and thorough legal documents.<br>• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
