We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of desktop systems, imaging, and technical support processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in the dynamic retail industry while contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of end-user computing.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Apple macOS systems.<br>• Deploy and monitor monthly Windows critical updates and security patches to ensure systems remain up-to-date.<br>• Create and configure imaging for new Windows operating systems and hardware, including laptops and desktops.<br>• Test, package, and deploy new software applications, scripting software packages as required.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve imaging and software deployment issues.<br>• Provide technical support for onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation setup and Active Directory management.<br>• Deliver onsite and remote support to end users, addressing incidents and requests promptly.<br>• Repair and replace hardware components, install and configure software, and manage peripheral devices.<br>• Ensure compliance by tracking inventory assets and providing evidence for auditing purposes.<br>• Maintain and configure VoIP systems, digital signage, and assist with audiovisual technical issues.

• Strong knowledge of PC desktop and workstation systems.<br>• Proficiency with Active Directory, including password resets and permission changes.<br>• Experience with desktop hardware and imaging processes.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 operating system and Office 365 applications.<br>• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems efficiently.<br>• Skilled in scripting and packaging software for deployment.<br>• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.<br>• Strong organizational skills for asset tracking and compliance documentation.
