Sr. Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Peoria, Arizona. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and data management tools. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Enter and update data accurately and efficiently across various platforms.<br>• Verify the accuracy of records and ensure all entries comply with company standards.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Access for data management and reporting tasks.<br>• Perform mail merges using Microsoft Office tools to support administrative activities.<br>• Maintain organized records and documentation for easy retrieval.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and ensure data integrity.<br>• Assist with high-volume data entry during peak periods, such as annual renewals.<br>• Generate reports and summaries using Excel to support decision-making processes.<br>• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.<br>• Provide general administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Access and the ability to perform mail merges.<br>• Advanced skills in Excel, including the ability to generate reports and analyze data.<br>• Strong typing and numeric data entry skills with attention to detail.<br>• Ability to manage high volumes of data accurately and efficiently.<br>• Excellent organizational and time management skills.<br>• Familiarity with maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.<br>• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
