<p> Robert Half’s client is urgently seeking a <strong>Paralegal </strong>to provide interim support. This team is responsible for pursuing funds owed from auto and workers’ compensation insurance carriers. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background and experience in healthcare litigation, particularly in New Jersey.</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Location:</strong> Remote</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 4+ months</p><p> <strong>Rate:</strong> $33+/hour (DOE)</p><p><br></p><p>.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Investigate and support escalated claims involving unpaid or denied payments from auto insurance carriers</li><li>Assist in litigation efforts to recover funds owed </li><li>Collaborate with internal legal and billing teams to resolve complex claim issues</li><li>Review and analyze legal documents and insurance policies</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Paralegal certification or JD preferred</li><li>Experience in healthcare litigation, especially in New Jersey, strongly preferred</li><li>Familiarity with auto insurance and workers’ compensation claims</li><li>Strong analytical and investigative skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload</li></ul><p><br></p>

• Certification as a Paralegal or a Juris Doctor degree is preferred.<br>• Proven experience in healthcare litigation, particularly with auto insurance and workers’ compensation cases.<br>• Strong understanding of discovery processes and civil litigation procedures.<br>• Proficiency in trial preparation and litigation management.<br>• Familiarity with case management software and related tools.<br>• Exceptional analytical and investigative abilities.<br>• Ability to work independently while managing a high-volume workload.<br>• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
