Customer Service Representative

For immediate consideration apply today!</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Accurately input and update customer information in the company database.</p><p>• Process and manage customer orders to ensure timely and precise fulfillment.</p><p>• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction.</p><p>• Collaborate with sales representatives and other departments to address customer needs.</p><p>• Verify and confirm orders, making adjustments as needed for accuracy.</p><p>• Assist with managing style, color, and size setups, as well as swatch uploads.</p><p>• Coordinate with sales reps on style changes, order discrepancies, and customer-specific requests.</p><p>• Process order confirmations, re-orders, replacements, and special orders.</p><p>• Generate credit memos and provide proof of delivery or invoice copies as needed.</p><p>• Support front desk reception and assist with general administrative tasks.</p>
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or data entry roles.<br>• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Familiarity with customer service software or related systems is an advantage.
