<p>A growing, $100M+ manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. The organization operates across manufacturing, distribution, and food-related product lines, including orchard-based (pecan) products, and is entering its next phase of strategic growth. The CFO will serve as a key strategic partner to the executive team, providing financial leadership, operational insight, and disciplined financial planning to support continued growth and expansion. <ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO or in a comparable senior financial leadership role</li><li>Proven experience within manufacturing and/or distribution environments</li><li>Strong executive leadership, communication, and team-building skills</li><li>MBA and/or CPA highly preferred</li><li>International business exposure strongly preferred</li><li>Experience within food products, agriculture, or related industries preferred</li><li>Hands-on, strategic mindset with the ability to operate at both executive and operational levels</li></ul>
