What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or PMP credentials are a plus.</li><li>Experience: 4+ years in finance, operations, or technology roles, with required exposure to private equity or venture capital.</li><li>Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in SQL, data migration, and workflow automation.</li><li>Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and API integrations.</li><li>Core Competencies: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, paired with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.</li></ul>
