Trade/Sales Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Trade/Sales Assistant to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to provide critical support to financial advisors, ensuring smooth account management and transaction processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled in administrative assistance, data processing, and customer support, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist financial advisors with the setup and submission of new accounts on the platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance.<br>• Facilitate the execution of transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, while maintaining detailed records.<br>• Guide advisors on configuring systematic deposits and withdrawals to streamline financial processes.<br>• Address inquiries from advisors, providing timely and detail-oriented support to resolve issues.<br>• Manage transactions involving both experienced and non-experienced funds, ensuring proper handling and documentation.<br>• Utilize CRM tools to track account activity and maintain organized client records.<br>• Process cash activity promptly and reconcile accounts as needed.<br>• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and communication to maintain operational efficiency.<br>• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance advisor satisfaction.
• Proficiency in CRM systems to manage client interactions and account details.<br>• Strong skills in data processing and attention to detail for accurate recordkeeping.<br>• Ability to answer inbound calls professionally and resolve inquiries effectively.<br>• Familiarity with financial transaction processes, including buying and cash activities.<br>• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.<br>• Experience in handling account transactions and maintaining compliance standards.<br>• Excellent administrative and organizational abilities to support daily operations.<br>• Strong communication skills to provide clear guidance and support to advisors.
