HR Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. In this role, you will support essential human resources operations, focusing on administrative tasks and ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new team members. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a strong attention to detail.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate the onboarding process by accurately entering new employee information into HR systems and ensuring readiness for their first day.<br>• Coordinate and assist with orientation sessions for new team members, providing necessary documentation and support.<br>• Perform administrative tasks to support the HR team, including maintaining employee records and processing background checks.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.<br>• Utilize HRIS platforms to manage employee data and generate reports as needed.<br>• Offer bilingual communication support in Spanish, if applicable, to assist employees effectively.<br>• Provide assistance during peak times when the team supports up to 300 employees.<br>• Ensure adherence to industry-specific HR compliance standards.<br>• Address any additional administrative needs as assigned by the HR team.
<p>• Previous experience in human resources administration, preferably within the hospitality industry.</p><p>• Must be able to lift 50 pounds</p><p>• Proficiency in onboarding processes and familiarity with HRIS platforms.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing employee data.</p><p>• Ability to effectively handle background checks and ensure compliance with HR policies.</p><p>• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.</p><p>• Familiarity with HR compliance standards and regulations.</p><p>• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</p><p>• Experience supporting a high-volume workforce during peak periods.</p>
