Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Oxnard, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play an integral role in supporting outside sales efforts, managing customer accounts, and ensuring smooth order processing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Accurately input customer sales orders into the system while ensuring timely processing.<br>• Prepare and deliver quotes based on customer inquiries and specifications.<br>• Collaborate with outside sales representatives to follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.<br>• Maintain meticulous records of quotes, orders, and customer communications using Excel for tracking and organization.<br>• Build strong relationships with repeat customers by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.<br>• Handle detailed product data, including extensive part numbers, with precision and attention to detail.<br>• Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth resolution of any issues or concerns.<br>• Assist with inbound and outbound sales activities to drive growth and meet company goals.<br>• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales or a related role.<br>• Proficiency in managing post-sales support and customer inquiries.<br>• Strong skills in inbound and outbound sales processes.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle order entry with a high degree of accuracy.<br>• Advanced knowledge of Excel for tracking and organizing sales data.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both customers and sales teams.<br>• Ability to manage detailed product information, including long part numbers, with precision.<br>• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a sales environment.
