This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with certifications in cybersecurity and networking who are eager to develop their skills in a collaborative environment. The position focuses on monitoring and addressing security incidents while ensuring the protection of critical systems and data.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Monitor security alerts and analyze incidents to identify potential threats.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve security issues effectively.</p><p>• Utilize ticketing systems to track, document, and manage security incidents.</p><p>• Apply foundational knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including phishing, endpoint protection, and mobile security.</p><p>• Conduct basic networking tasks to support security operations.</p><p>• Provide proactive support to ensure the integrity and privacy of data.</p><p>• Work with managed solutions and tools to enhance security measures.</p><p>• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to stakeholders.</p><p>• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.</p><p>• Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions related to security concerns.</p>
