We are looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Overland Park, Kansas, this role focuses on identifying and engaging top talent to fill critical positions within our organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at pipeline development, candidate outreach, and leveraging sourcing strategies to attract experienced professionals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking, and referrals.<br>• Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure readiness for current and future hiring needs.<br>• Conduct outreach to potential candidates, fostering relationships to identify top talent.<br>• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing efforts.<br>• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the expectations of the job.<br>• Manage candidate data and interactions within an applicant tracking system (ATS).<br>• Stay up-to-date with market trends and sourcing tools to enhance recruitment strategies.<br>• Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and pipeline status.<br>• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve overall recruitment processes.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing and engagement.<br>• Strong expertise in corporate recruiting and sourcing strategies.<br>• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates effectively.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and data management.<br>• Ability to perform Boolean searches and use advanced sourcing techniques.<br>• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.<br>• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.<br>• Knowledge of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
