Customer Service Representative
<p>Our team is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a fully onsite, contract position. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring accurate and efficient order processing. We are looking for candidates who excel in fast-paced environments and possess strong communication and organizational skills.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Accurately process incoming orders, including precise entry of product codes into the system.</li><li>Manage customer inquiries by responding to inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.</li><li>Consistently perform high-accuracy data entry tasks, utilizing 10-key proficiency.</li><li>Collaborate within a bullpen-style team environment to promote seamless workflow and support team objectives.</li><li>Review orders and customer information with strong attention to detail to prevent errors.</li><li>Provide clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication with customers.</li><li>Address customer concerns and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.</li><li>Monitor order status and proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain organized and thorough records and documentation of all transactions.</li><li>Uphold company standards for customer service, maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy and quality in all interactions.</li></ul><p><br></p>
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.<br>• Strong skills in data entry, including proficiency with 10-key functionality.<br>• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and orders.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.<br>• Familiarity with order entry processes and systems.<br>• Comfortable working in a collaborative, bullpen-style setting.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
