We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This Contract to Hire position offers the potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs. The role involves overseeing shipping and receiving operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy, and match them against purchase orders or invoices.<br>• Prepare and package products for outgoing shipments following company and carrier guidelines.<br>• Label and store all materials appropriately within designated warehouse locations.<br>• Maintain up-to-date records of received and shipped goods using inventory systems.<br>• Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to monitor shipments and address any discrepancies.<br>• Conduct routine inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.<br>• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.<br>• Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.

<p>• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish </p><p>• Proven experience in shipping and receiving operations.</p><p>• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate inventory records.</p><p>• Familiarity with preparing outgoing shipments and packaging requirements.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory reports and warehouse operations.</p><p>• Ability to handle outgoing mail packages efficiently.</p><p>• Excellent customer service skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.</p><p>• Knowledge of safety procedures for warehouse environments.</p><p>• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in shipment documentation.</p>
