Candidates with expertise in commercial litigation or bankruptcy law will thrive in this position, benefiting from strong mentorship and a collaborative team culture.<strong> Please send your resume to Stacey Lyons via LinkedIn for consideration. </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Represent clients in commercial litigation and bankruptcy cases, ensuring their legal interests are protected.</p><p>• Prepare and draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings, tailored to case requirements.</p><p>• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.</p><p>• Manage discovery processes, including gathering evidence and responding to requests.</p><p>• Advocate for clients during hearings, trials, and depositions with professionalism and confidence.</p><p>• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective case strategies and approaches.</p><p>• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of civil litigation and bankruptcy laws to provide informed counsel.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional legal services.</p><p>• Review and analyze case files to identify legal issues and develop solutions.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in every aspect of practice.</p>

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in the state of Florida.<br>• Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial litigation or bankruptcy law.<br>• Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.<br>• Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes and procedures.<br>• Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research and analyze complex issues.<br>• Experience managing discovery processes and handling evidence.<br>• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
