We are looking for a dedicated Grant Analyst to oversee the financial and administrative aspects of grant funding within our organization. This position plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with funding regulations, accurate reporting, and effective grant management. As a Contract-to-permanent role based in Orlando, Florida, this opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with program managers, finance teams, and external funders to support organizational goals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review and evaluate grant agreements and budgets to ensure compliance with funding requirements and organizational policies.<br>• Assist in the development and submission of grant proposals, including preparing budgets and necessary documentation.<br>• Monitor grant expenditures, reconcile accounts, and generate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.<br>• Maintain detailed records of grant activities, including documentation and deadlines, for accurate reporting.<br>• Advise program staff on budget modifications, allowable costs, and compliance issues.<br>• Conduct audits on grant-funded projects to verify adherence to funding regulations and accuracy of financial records.<br>• Provide forecasting and financial analysis to support strategic planning for grant revenue.<br>• Collaborate with finance and program teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper allocation of expenses.<br>• Stay informed about changes in federal, state, and private grant regulations, and communicate updates to relevant teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, public administration, nonprofit management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).<br>• At least 2 years of experience in grants management, financial analysis, or a similar field.<br>• Familiarity with federal, state, and foundation grant regulations and compliance standards.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in financial reporting systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.<br>• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple deadlines effectively.<br>• Experience with grant management software and accounting systems is highly desirable.
