Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for someone who excels at managing daily office operations, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless communication within the workplace. The role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in administrative tasks to support the team effectively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Arrange travel plans and prepare comprehensive expense reports.<br>• Organize and coordinate in-office events and employee appreciation activities.<br>• Serve as the main point of contact for vendor communications and manage vendor relationships.<br>• Format and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, for scheduling and correspondence.<br>• Manage conference room bookings and ensure proper setup for meetings.<br>• Screen incoming calls and direct them appropriately.<br>• Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee sorting and distribution.<br>• Handle outgoing deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.<br>• Strong skills in answering inbound calls and managing reception duties.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.<br>• Ability to coordinate events and manage vendor relationships efficiently.<br>• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to format documents professionally.<br>• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and external parties.
