Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities and supporting the team with organizational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic work environment while enhancing your organizational and technical skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports to ensure timely reimbursements.<br>• Organize and manage in-office events and employee appreciation activities.<br>• Serve as the point of contact for vendor coordination and oversee delivery schedules.<br>• Format and prepare documents to meet high standards of quality and accuracy.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, to manage communications and schedules.<br>• Arrange and manage conference room bookings for meetings and events.<br>• Answer and screen incoming calls and direct them appropriately.<br>• Maintain and organize office supplies to ensure availability.<br>• Prepare and send out deliveries in a timely manner.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.<br>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Experience in coordinating events and managing vendor relationships.<br>• Ability to manage inbound calls and receptionist duties.<br>• Familiarity with data entry and office supply management.
