Responsibilities: • Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including preparation and maintenance of financial records. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable operations efficiently and accurately. • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure proper financial documentation. • Process invoices and verify their accuracy before payment. • Adjust and process fees for active residents in compliance with company policies. • Monitor and maintain balance sheet accounts to ensure their accuracy and alignment with financial reports. • Utilize accounting software systems to streamline workflows and ensure precision. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting. • Prepare regular financial reports and statements for management review. • Support audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in full-cycle accounting within a detail-oriented environment. • Proficiency in accounting software systems and ERP platforms. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Familiarity with balance sheet account management and reconciliation. • Experience with ADP or similar financial services tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
