The role requires expertise in handling fixed assets, lease accounting, and financial reporting to support daily operations and month-end processes. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring the accurate booking of journal entries and adjustments. • Manage accounting tasks related to fixed assets and lease accounting, including compliance with ASC 842 standards. • Assist with month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. • Perform account reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial records. • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel tools to analyze and present financial data. • Maintain and manage accounting systems, with a focus on Oracle NetSuite. • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards.

• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role. • Advanced knowledge of fixed asset and lease accounting standards, including ASC 842. • Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Excel. • Strong understanding of month-end close processes and financial reporting. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams.
