We are looking for an experienced Network Operations Manager to join a dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. In this Contract to permanent position, you will oversee the design, configuration, and management of a robust network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency. This role offers an opportunity to lead network operations for a non-profit organization, contributing to impactful initiatives.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the design and implementation of complex network architectures, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.<br>• Configure and maintain routers, switches, and wireless systems to support organizational needs.<br>• Manage Active Directory systems and ensure secure access and authentication protocols.<br>• Implement and monitor firewalls, including Palo Alto, to safeguard network security.<br>• Lead the configuration and troubleshooting of wireless solutions, such as Aruba Wireless.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure needs.<br>• Develop and enforce network policies and procedures to maintain compliance and security.<br>• Analyze system performance and execute improvements to optimize efficiency.<br>• Provide leadership and guidance to the network team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.<br>• Stay updated on emerging technologies to drive innovation within the network environment.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in network management, design, and architecture.<br>• Proficiency in configuring routers, switches, and wireless systems, including Juniper and Aruba Wireless.<br>• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and network security protocols.<br>• Expertise in firewall management, particularly Palo Alto.<br>• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure and network configuration.<br>• Leadership abilities to manage and mentor a technical team effectively.<br>• Familiarity with non-profit sector operations is a plus.<br>• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions promptly.
