HR Generalist
<p>We are seeking a skilled <strong>HR Generalist</strong> to support our team on a <strong>long‑term contract basis</strong> in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong experience in <strong>benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations</strong>, who can step in quickly and provide hands‑on support. The contractor will play a critical role in maintaining smooth HR operations while serving as a trusted resource for both employees and leadership.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead and manage the <strong>full-cycle open enrollment process</strong>, including plan coordination, employee communications, and benefits education.</li><li>Serve as the <strong>primary point of contact</strong> for employee benefit inquiries, providing timely, accurate guidance and issue resolution.</li><li>Support <strong>HR compliance initiatives</strong>, including policy updates, documentation audits, and adherence to applicable federal and state regulations.</li><li>Partner with <strong>benefit vendors and third-party providers</strong> to ensure smooth administration and timely resolution of issues.</li><li>Develop and deliver <strong>benefits communication materials</strong>, training sessions, and informational meetings as needed.</li><li>Support <strong>onboarding and offboarding processes</strong>, ensuring employees receive clear and accurate information regarding benefits and HR policies.</li><li>Assist with <strong>recruitment activities</strong> such as resume review, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination when required.</li><li>Address <strong>employee relations matters</strong>, providing guidance aligned with company policies and HR best practices.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within <strong>HRIS and benefits systems</strong>, ensuring data integrity and compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to identify <strong>process improvements</strong>, enhance efficiency, and support employee engagement initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
