<p>We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish-Speaking HR Generalist to join a thriving organization committed to fostering employee engagement, promoting inclusivity, and driving operational excellence. This role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, a passion for human resources, and the ability to effectively manage multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding workplace concerns, issues, and requests while maintaining impartiality.</p><p>• Coordinate and assist with onboarding activities, including orientation sessions for new hires.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with pre-employment requirements and ongoing employee documentation.</p><p>• Draft and revise various forms of communication, such as reports, instructional materials, and official correspondence.</p><p>• Organize and maintain HR filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and accuracy.</p><p>• Apply company policies and HR guidelines consistently in daily operations.</p><p>• Support employee engagement initiatives by fostering a positive work environment.</p><p>• Conduct investigations into employee relations matters to address performance, conflicts, and turnover concerns.</p><p>• Collaborate with teams to translate HR documents and communications into Spanish when needed.</p>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.</li><li>3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.</li><li>Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal communication.</li><li>Thorough understanding of HR practices, compliance, and labor laws.</li><li>Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across a diverse workforce.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li></ul><p><br></p>
