In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting project execution through effective coordination and administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed research to ensure compliance with zoning regulations and applicable codes. • Gather, organize, and maintain accurate documentation and project data. • Assist in the preparation of reports by applying relevant regulations and standards. • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates to Client Managers. • Maintain and update project databases to ensure information is current and accessible. • Perform administrative duties, such as organizing files, scanning documents, and managing shipping tasks. • Support the team in meeting project deadlines and deliverables. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. • Minimum of two years of experience in a role involving critical thinking and decision-making is preferred. • Familiarity with compliance, real estate, or administrative support is a plus. • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. • Ability to manage timelines and multitask in a dynamic work environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
