Zoning Analyst
We are looking for a Zoning Analyst to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on a Contract-to-Ongoing basis. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting project execution through effective coordination and administrative tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders while applying your organizational and analytical skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct detailed research to ensure compliance with zoning regulations and applicable codes.<br>• Gather, organize, and maintain accurate documentation and project data.<br>• Assist in the preparation of reports by applying relevant regulations and standards.<br>• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates to Client Managers.<br>• Maintain and update project databases to ensure information is current and accessible.<br>• Perform administrative duties, such as organizing files, scanning documents, and managing shipping tasks.<br>• Support the team in meeting project deadlines and deliverables.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.<br>• Minimum of two years of experience in a role involving critical thinking and decision-making is preferred.<br>• Familiarity with compliance, real estate, or administrative support is a plus.<br>• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.<br>• Ability to manage timelines and multitask in a dynamic work environment.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
