Workplace Exp Coordinator
We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in Toms River, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and attentive environment for employees and visitors while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a long-term contract position with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet visitors and employees with an attentive demeanor, issuing visitor and parking passes while adhering to security protocols.<br>• Organize and oversee on-site events, including reserving spaces, managing setup and teardown, and coordinating supplies.<br>• Coordinate workplace services such as mailroom operations, office supply management, and onboarding activities.<br>• Respond to inquiries and complaints from employees, guests, and coworkers, providing timely solutions with a customer-focused approach.<br>• Manage janitorial and maintenance requests, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.<br>• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities based on requestor needs.<br>• Collaborate with vendors to ensure services and goods are delivered efficiently to the workplace.<br>• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure safety.<br>• Create and deliver presentations to groups of varying sizes, effectively communicating detailed information.<br>• Use established procedures to address straightforward problems and execute tasks as directed by the manager.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or related industries.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent education.<br>• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Ability to follow established work routines and standards.<br>• Proven organizational skills with a proactive and inquisitive mindset.<br>• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard office functions.
