This position plays a key role in protecting company and customer assets by accurately processing, documenting, and closing theft and recovery cases. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent weekday hours and a professional office environment. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Protect company and customer assets through proactive theft prevention and recovery processes.</li><li>Investigate, process, and document theft and recovery cases accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Close rental agreements in a timely manner, ensuring all information is complete and correct.</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support recovery efforts.</li><li>Maintain detailed and organized records for all cases handled.</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry systems).</li><li>Prior experience in loss prevention, claims, or asset recovery preferred but not required</li></ul>
