Vehicle Control Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Control Representative to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this position, you will play a key role in managing overdue contracts and ensuring prompt resolution through effective communication and follow-up. This is a Contract-to-long-term opportunity that offers potential for growth after an initial 90-day period.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Monitor and manage a portfolio of overdue agreements to ensure timely resolution.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records of vehicle statuses, customer interactions, and contract updates in internal systems.</p><p>• Escalate unresolved cases to appropriate departments, ensuring all supporting documentation is completed.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline resolution processes.</p><p>• Conduct thorough investigations to identify and address discrepancies in rental contracts.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and clarify contract terms.</p><p>• Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.</p><p>• Adapt quickly to new systems and processes, ensuring seamless workflow integration.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout all interactions.</p>
• At least one year of experience in collections, contract compliance, customer service, or a call center environment.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.<br>• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and structured work environment.<br>• Bilingual proficiency is an advantage.<br>• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
