This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in automotive sales and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a positive buying experience.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that match their needs and budget</li><li>Provide product knowledge and explain vehicle features, warranties, and financing options</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business</li><li>Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and follow-ups</li><li>Support showroom presentation and ensure inventory is displayed professionall</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in <strong>car sales</strong> or related customer service/sales role required</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Goal-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude</li><li>Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver a professional sales experience</li><li>Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Hourly base pay</strong> plus <strong>commission</strong> on sales</li><li>Opportunities for performance-based incentives and bonuses</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time, including some evenings and weekends as needed</li></ul>
