<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Procurement Manager</p><p> <strong>Pay:</strong> $80,000 – $85,000 DOE</p><p> <strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</p><p> <strong>Location:</strong> Near Midtown, OK (On-site, Temp-to-Hire)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p> We are seeking an experienced <strong>Procurement Manager</strong> to lead and oversee procurement operations. This role is responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and vendor management to contract negotiation and compliance. The Procurement Manager will develop strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, and oversee a team of procurement professionals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.</li><li>Manage the procurement process from requisition through delivery.</li><li>Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms.</li><li>Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and evaluate procurement staff.</li><li>Monitor and report on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier reliability.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams such as finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Identify risks in the supply chain and implement contingency plans.</li><li>Resolve procurement discrepancies promptly.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Associate degree required (7 years’ experience may substitute for degree).</li><li>5+ years of procurement and supply chain management experience.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Valid Driver’s License required.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of aviation procurement and supply chain management experience.</li><li>Experience with government contract procurement and CPSR requirements.</li><li>Familiarity with Veryon or similar platforms.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><ul><li>Office-based role, standard office equipment.</li><li>Occasional travel required (up to 20%).</li></ul><p><br></p>
