Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will engage with customers to provide exceptional service, support sales efforts, and foster lasting relationships. This is a Contract to permanent position offering competitive pay and opportunities for growth.</p><p><strong>100% ON-SITE / Dealership and or Title Experience preferred </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and generate sales opportunities.</p><p>• Provide detailed explanations about vehicle features, warranties, and financing options.</p><p>• Follow up with leads to schedule appointments and secure sales.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company system.</p><p>• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.</p><p>• Deliver attentive, friendly, and trustworthy service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall performance.</p><p>• Adapt to a regular schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.</p>
• Previous experience in call center operations, sales, or the automotive industry is preferred.<br>• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.<br>• Self-driven and motivated to meet performance goals.<br>• Skilled in building rapport with customers and addressing concerns effectively.<br>• Proficient in using computers and customer management software.<br>• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
