This role is perfect for individuals with prior call center, sales, or dealership experience who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will play a key role in engaging with potential customers over the phone, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a positive experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential and existing customers</li><li>Provide detailed information on vehicles, features, warranties, and financing options</li><li>Actively follow up with leads to drive appointments and sales opportunities</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals</li><li>Deliver professional and friendly service that builds customer trust and repeat business</li></ul>
