• Proven experience in commercial contract management, including drafting and negotiation.<br>• Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously and meet deadlines.<br>• Proficiency in contract management software or related tools.<br>• Analytical skills to assess risks and identify opportunities within contract terms.<br>• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field preferred.<br>• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
