The ideal candidate will have strong experience in processing accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and vendor management. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with reconciling balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining a well-organized financial workflow. Proficiency in accounting software, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. • Proven experience with accounting software systems and financial management tools.<br>• Proficiency in ERP systems and familiarity with their implementation and optimization.<br>• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.<br>• Expertise in preparing and analyzing balance sheet accounts.<br>• Demonstrated ability to conduct audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations.<br>• Familiarity with ADP financial services and Concur systems.<br>• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and practices.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
