Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in O'Fallon, Illinois. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring communication runs smoothly, and maintaining organizational efficiency. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and values professionalism.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.<br>• Answer and route inbound calls professionally, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.<br>• Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records and databases.<br>• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression as the office receptionist.<br>• Assist in coordinating office activities, including ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.<br>• Compile and prepare reports or presentations as needed for internal use.<br>• Support team members with various administrative tasks to ensure workflow efficiency.<br>• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents.<br>• Monitor and update office procedures to improve operational effectiveness.<br>• Collaborate with team members to resolve administrative challenges and streamline processes.
• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.<br>• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Familiarity with standard office software, including word processing and spreadsheet tools.<br>• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and courteously.<br>• Previous experience managing receptionist duties is a plus.<br>• High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality in all tasks.
