<p>A fast-moving field services organization in Oceanside is seeking a sharp, calm-under-pressure <strong>Dispatcher</strong> to coordinate daily operations and serve as the communication hub between customers, technicians, and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving in real time and keeping multiple moving pieces aligned throughout the day.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians based on priority, location, and availability</li><li>Monitor job progress and adjust assignments as conditions change</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for inbound service requests and updates</li><li>Communicate clearly with technicians, supervisors, and customers</li><li>Track service statuses, arrival times, and job completion notes</li><li>Document all dispatch activity accurately in internal systems</li><li>Respond to urgent issues while maintaining operational flow</li></ul>

<ul><li>2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or logistics experience</li><li>Strong multitasking and decision-making skills</li><li>Confident phone presence and clear communication style</li><li>Comfortable working with dispatch software, GPS, or scheduling platforms</li><li>Ability to stay organized in high-volume environments</li></ul><p><br></p>
