<p>The Warehouse Operations Specialist ensures efficient, safe, and accurate handling, storage, and shipping of products within a warehouse environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Key Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily warehousing activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and shipments.</li><li>Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and safety systems.</li><li>Supervise and support warehouse associates on processes and tasks.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.</li><li>Assist in process optimization for productivity and space utilization.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong><em>Requirements:</em></strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>2+ years’ experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution.</li><li>Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).</li><li>Good attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.</li></ul>
