Part Time Bookkeeper
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team in Norton Shores, Michigan. This Contract position offers the opportunity to oversee essential financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day operations. If you are skilled in managing accounts and have experience with QuickBooks, this role may be a great fit for you.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accurate tracking of financial records.</p><p>• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.</p><p>• Prepare and issue invoices, including manual invoicing when necessary.</p><p>• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial data is balanced and accurate.</p><p>• Handle collections activities professionally to resolve outstanding payments.</p><p>• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop to maintain organized financial records and reports.</p><p>• Create and manage documents using Microsoft Word and Outlook.</p><p>• Analyze and present data using Microsoft Excel to support financial decision-making.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.</p>
• Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of financial principles.<br>• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop for managing financial tasks.<br>• Knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.<br>• Ability to issue and manage both automated and manual invoices.<br>• Familiarity with bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Effective communication abilities for collections and team collaboration.
