Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist customers as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and attentive experience. • Review and verify customer documents for accuracy and completeness. • Manage the customer queuing system to maintain an organized flow of service. • Conduct vision tests and accurately grade results. • Input vision test results into the system promptly and accurately. • Provide guidance to customers on using self-service kiosks. • Capture high-quality photos for driver's licenses and other identification needs. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations.

• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in handling sensitive customer information. • Familiarity with office equipment, including cameras and kiosks. • Preference for candidates with experience in a New York State agency.
