Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This is a Contract to permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a reputable construction company. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers by addressing inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing prompt and detail-oriented assistance to customers.<br>• Respond to inquiries regarding products, inventory availability, and shipping updates.<br>• Coordinate scheduling and address any concerns related to customer orders.<br>• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective problem-solving.<br>• Offer product knowledge and guidance to customers to enhance their experience.<br>• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute ideas for enhancements.<br>• Ensure consistent communication with customers, keeping them informed about any updates or changes.<br>• Uphold company standards by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.<br>• Strong ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Proficiency in resolving customer inquiries and maintaining satisfaction.<br>• Familiarity with customer accounts and service processes.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.<br>• Comfortable using computer systems and software for record-keeping and communication.
