We are looking for an experienced and passionate Director of Finance to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of fiscal processes in a dynamic environment. Based in North Charleston, South Carolina, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of concerts and performances.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.<br>• Ensure accurate nightly financial reconciliations during events and performances.<br>• Collaborate with event teams to maintain smooth financial processes for concerts and performing arts shows.<br>• Supervise general ledger activities, ensuring timely and precise entries.<br>• Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.<br>• Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.<br>• Lead financial planning initiatives to optimize revenue and control costs.<br>• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, promoting efficiency and accountability.<br>• Develop and implement financial strategies tailored to the unique needs of the entertainment industry.<br>• Act as the primary point of contact for audits and external financial reviews.
