Benefits Administrator
We are looking for a skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Norfolk, Virginia. In this role, you will play a key part in managing employee benefits inquiries, reconciling data, and overseeing related administrative tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and experience in benefits coordination.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Address employee questions related to benefits payments and provide clear, accurate information.<br>• Manage and reconcile weekly reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency.<br>• Handle the reconciliation of benefits invoices and resolve any discrepancies.<br>• Coordinate COBRA administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.<br>• Support leave of absence processes and maintain accurate documentation.<br>• Assist with compensation and benefits-related tasks, ensuring all processes align with company policies.<br>• Utilize Workday HRIS to manage and track benefits data effectively.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless benefits operations.<br>• Prepare and analyze benefits reports for management review.<br>• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.<br>• Strong skills in account reconciliation and data management.<br>• Familiarity with COBRA administration and leave of absence processes.<br>• Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and regulations.<br>• Proficiency in using Workday HRIS or similar systems.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.<br>• Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies efficiently.<br>• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and internal teams.
