Help Desk Analyst III
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst III to join our IT support team in Nolensville, Tennessee. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will handle advanced technical issues, offering expert-level troubleshooting and ensuring optimal system performance across the organization. If you are passionate about solving complex problems and delivering exceptional service, this role is the perfect opportunity to make an impact.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues related to IT systems, networks, and applications.<br>• Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and system performance issues with precision and efficiency.<br>• Configure and manage user accounts, system settings, and IT environments in alignment with organizational policies.<br>• Facilitate the deployment and integration of new technologies and system updates across the company.<br>• Conduct thorough root cause analyses for critical system issues and implement lasting resolutions.<br>• Optimize and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and virtual environments.<br>• Monitor system and network performance, proactively addressing potential disruptions.<br>• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve escalated technical problems.<br>• Develop knowledge base documentation for recurring issues to enhance team efficiency and end-user support.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 roles.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory, and related enterprise environments.<br>• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including IP protocols, firewalls, and cloud services.<br>• Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems and basic troubleshooting methodologies.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical users.<br>• Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent Microsoft and Cisco certifications.<br>• Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.
