<p><strong>Key Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of professional experience working with industrial piping systems (e.g., steam, water, compressed air) and mechanical equipment (e.g., boilers, pumps, compressors, valves).</li><li>Strong ability to interpret system drawings, diagrams, and P& ID documentation.</li><li>Experience conducting field inspections in industrial environments and assessing conditions of piping and mechanical equipment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and email communication.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for interaction with engineers, operators, and manufacturers.</li><li>Reliable and consistent work ethic with the ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and adapt to shifting deadlines.</li><li>Comfortable meeting background check requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p>
